I am a Ph.D. student in Biomedical Engineering at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester.
For a few years, I worked in the area of MRA, Magnetic Resonance Angiography. Now, I'm knee-deep in MRS, Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy. I actually prefer the new area, the new team and the challenges that come along with graduate student life.
I've always been very active in the MF. I've been a regular fellow. I've been moderator and group-leader. I was a Lead Fellow in 1999/2000. I've been an Alum TT. I am a project leader (Erasism). AND, I've also served on the BOA from 2002 to 2003, as representative to DU and as the BOA Chair in 2003.
I really believe that something phenomenal will come out of us. I just hope to be a small part of it - whatever that "it" might be.
Thanks to Hanbing for creating this space for us - he's one example of MF dedication and innovation!
